Psychological Safety in the Workplace in ENGLISH
PSYCHOLOGICAL SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE - S.A.F.E.T.Y.™
During the meeting, I will introduce what psychological safety is and how it can be assessed at work, as well as the benefits of knowing own safety preferences & needs, triggers, and management of triggers.
According to the recent research, psychological safety is the foundation and the number one predictor of high performing teams.
It impacts communication, creativity, collaboration, wellbeing, inclusiveness - just to name some.
During the discussion introduce the S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Model that summarizes 6 key domains - Security, Autonomy, Fairness, Esteem, Trust and You. Our experience of these domains can impact our sense of psychological safety and influence those around us.
This model and the supporting assessment tools are based on the neuro science findings. These tools provide for the following outcomes:
Individual safety assessment outcome & repot
• Team safety profile (team’s psychological safety needs, diversity of
• team member profiles, strengths of the team’s profile, potential
• challenges/gaps)
• The PS Pulse (that assesses the individual's perception and
• experience of psychological safety on the team).
Gaining the awareness of the individual and team safety experience is important for the next step - integrate the knowledge and sustainable change.
The S.A.F.E.T.Y.™ Model and methodology support all stages of the process including the diagnostic, e-learning, assessment, workshops, debrief, training, measurement and regular monitoring.
This is a public session for everybody who is concerned with work relationships, performance, wellbeing and collaboration. It will be in EN/GLISH.
